What I Collect (And Why I Don’t Care About Your History)
To get you moving, I need the basics: your name, email, and WhatsApp. During our strategic alignment, I might take some brief notes on the stuff we want to work on or patterns we’re updating. But let’s be clear, I am interested in your results, not a massive collection of your past. I don’t do data mining. I do pattern-breaking. Your data is used strictly to customize your shift and manage our schedule.

The Vault (Absolute Confidentiality)
As a specialist using advanced neuro-cognitive tools, I hold your privacy to an elite gold standard. Your session details are never shared, sold, or rented out to some random marketing firm. I’m here to help you inhabit your vision, not sell your info. The only time I’d ever speak up is if the law demands it or your immediate safety is at risk. Otherwise? It stays in the vault.

You own your information. Period. You can access it, fix it, or tell me to delete it all from the system whenever you want. I am a specialist in the mind, not a medical doctor or a psychiatrist. My sessions are for educational and self-improvement purposes. While we’re aiming for prompt, astonishing shifts, I don't have a magic wand (I do have very effective hacks, though). By engaging in this work, you’re taking full responsibility for your own micro-decisions and outcomes. I provide the high-end tools, you drive the car.​
Cancellation Policy
Your time is valuable, and well, so is mine. If you need to reschedule or cancel, I need a 24-hour heads-up. This allows me to offer that session window to someone else ready for a shift. Life happens, but if you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, a 50% session fee applies. It’s the "commitment tax" for your subconscious.
The Ghosting Protocol
In the spirit of results and accountability, if you miss a session without any notice, the full fee is charged and that is non-refundable. Showing up is the very first micro-decision toward your new life. If you don’t show up for the session, you aren't showing up for your vision, and my pattern says I have to value my time, even if you aren't quite ready to yet.
Refunds
Because subconscious reprogramming is a collaborative brain-hack and results depend on your internal application, all fees for sessions and digital products are non-refundable. We are moving forward, not backward. This policy ensures we are both 100% in from the very first minute.
